Friends…

So often we let someone’s opinions on social media fire us up … make us start to get judgy… might upset us… make us feel bad about what we are doing… make us wonder if we are doing enough…

But if there is ANY time to start to evaluate your own ability to simply live inside your own truth no matter what and block out the noise of “everyone else”…

… it’s now.

If there is ANY time to practice empathy… and remember that not everything is always as it presents itself… it’s now.

YOUR TRUTH… is about you.
Someone else’s isn’t.

Let’s fight to honor our own, while allowing others to live theirs, too.
